  • Delivery Area: We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.

Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the US (excluding Hawaii and Puerto Rico).

3. Handling & Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 (GMT-4) will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day.
  • Weekends & Holidays: Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or US public holidays.

You have a 24-hour grace period from the time of purchase to cancel or modify your order. Once the order has been processed for dispatch (after 24 hours or after our 12:00 GMT cut-off), we are unable to cancel it.
