Refund policy

At Soleu Nutrition, we aim for full transparency in our return process. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unopened and unused
  • Safety seal fully intact and unbroken
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)

Due to the nature of food supplements and UK health and hygiene regulations, we are strictly unable to accept returns of any product where the safety seal has been tampered with or broken, regardless of the reason.

2. Shipping Costs 

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the shipping is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), Soleu Nutrition will cover the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid return label.
  • Customer Remorse: If you change your mind or ordered the wrong product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fees: We believe in fair pricing; therefore, we do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges to ensure accuracy in our inventory and health safety standards.The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once you get your refund you can make a separate purchase for the new item. 

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@soleunutrition.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your full name, an image of the product and the order number in your message.

We will respond within 24 working hours with your return authorization and full return instructions, including the return address.

Items sent back without prior authorization and without a confirmed return address will not be accepted.

5. Non-returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products as food supplements, we strictly cannot accept returns of any product where the safety seal has been tampered with or broken:

  • Opened Products: Any supplement with a broken safety seal.
  • Sale Items: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will issue a refund  on your original payment method within 10 business days

7. Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If your parcel shows as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date. We will open an investigation with the courier. Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the courier confirms the parcel was lost or misdelivered.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept delivery, a refund will be issued once we receive the returned item, minus the original shipping cost.
